We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, practice name, email address, phone number, town/area and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs for security and to deliver the site. If you consent to analytics, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that collect aggregated, anonymous usage data (for example which pages are viewed). These analytics do not set cookies and do not identify you.

2. How we use your information and our lawful bases

• To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services, on the basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interests (and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract).
• To provide and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a safe, working site.
• To understand and improve the site through analytics, only where you have given consent.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), processes our enquiry form submissions in order to deliver them to us by email.
• Google reCAPTCHA, checks submissions to our enquiry forms for spam and abuse. It loads when you start filling in a form and processes information such as your IP address and how you interact with the page, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel Inc., hosts the website and provides the privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
• Google Fonts, web fonts are served by Google; your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as a UK adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs, after which it is securely deleted.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dentalmarketingpros.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
